Looking for a corporate meeting space?

The McColl Pond Environmental Learning and Event Center (ELC) offers both a beautiful and flexible meeting space that is affordable and offers the high-end amenities your company needs to be productive, focused, and energized. In addition to the large Aspen Room, the McColl Pond ELC also has two classrooms that each have seating capacity of 30 people or can be opened to one large room with seating capacity of 60. 

Aspen Room

Aspen Room rental rate includes:

  • Pre-determined room setup
  • Tables and chairs
  • Laptop, AV equipment, and microphone
  • Podium
  • Wifi
  • Digital sign message
  • Take down of tables and chairs
  • Preferred catering list

Reserve the McColl Pond ELC Aspen Room

The McColl Pond ELC Business Package is available Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

All day, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.: $450 (+tax)

4-Hour Block: $250 (+tax)

  • Add additional hours to your 4-hour block for $75 per hour

Hourly: $75

  • 2-hour minimum

Classroom Meeting Space

Classroom meeting space:
  • Available Sunday-Saturday
  • Does not allow food beyond a bag lunch
  • Seats approximately 15 adults *
    • If more than 15 adults are attending your meeting, both classrooms will be required to be reserved
Reserve a McColl Pond ELC Classroom:

Classroom rental rates:

  • $15 (+tax) per hour, residents
  • $25 (+tax) per hour, non-residents

Both Aspen Room and Classrooms, residency is based on individuals address or organization’s address. If asking for tax-exemption, proof of exemption documentation is required prior to securing reservation.
