Filing a Cable Service Complaint

The City of Savage Administration Department provides assistance to Nuvera or Mediacom subscribers who feel they are not receiving satisfactory service from their provider. We are committed to quality customer service and will advocate for subscribers needing help.

To file a complaint about Integra or Mediacom please do the following:

  1. First call Nuvera at 952-226-7000 or Mediacom at 1-800-332-0245 to resolve the problem.
  2. If the response is unsatisfactory, call the City of Savage at 952-567-2020 with the following information:

For a billing or service problem:

  • Have your bill in front of you
  • Provide your name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Nature of the problem

For a complaint about poor customer service:

  • Provide the name of employee(s) you spoke with
  • Date and time you had contact with them

Services by Mediacom and Nuvera are regulated by franchise agreements with the City of Savage.
