Never miss out on a program cancellation or new offering again! The Savage Parks and Recreation Office occasionally sends email and text messages to alert participants of new programs, cancellations and other last-minute news.

Fill out this form to ensure you are in the know on Parks and Recreation information relating to your particular areas of interest. Messages will be sent only when necessary, and your information will not be shared with any other organization or business.

Recreation

The City of Savage provides a variety of recreational opportunities for residents. Each year approximately 3,500 people participate in activities offered by the Parks and Recreation Department. Activities include trips, youth and adult athletics, special events, camps and playground programs. New programs are offered quarterly and are published in brochures that are available at public buildings and inserted into the Savage Pacer newspaper.

2009 Summer Registration

New This Year: Summer recreation programs will be available for registration beginning Monday, March 30 at 8:00 a.m. Residents can register online, by mail, or at the Public Works building located at 13770 Dakota Avenue Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.

To register online, you must have access to your username and password for your online account.
If you have ever registered with Savage Parks & Recreation for any activities in the past, you will have an online account already set up. Please call 952.224.3420 to get your username and password.
Please be sure you can access your account by Friday, March 27.
