The Dan Patch Historical Society was formed for the purpose of collection, preservation and dissemination of historical knowledge and artifacts about the horse, Dan Patch and its owner, M. W. Savage. Collections are housed at the Savage Library, 13090 Alabama Ave., Savage, Minn.
