Location

• 128th Street from Natchez Avenue to Lynn Avenue
• Monterey Avenue from 126th Street to 128th Street
• Ottawa Avenue from 126th Street to 128th Street

Summary

This project is the continuation of a phased approach to the replacement of public utilities and streets in the Hamilton District that began in 2000.  The project includes the replacement of public sanitary sewer and water main, new storm sewer and reconstruction of the roadways.  It may include construction of additional storm water ponding in Hollywood Park.

Community Benefits

• Replacement of aging sanitary sewer and water main will provide more reliable utility service requiring less ongoing maintenance.
• Storm sewer will improve roadway runoff during rainfall events.
