Savage City Liquor is an entity of the City of Savage, operating out of two liquor stores. Store revenue is returned to the community to support programs and services at the discretion of the City Council.

Marketplace Liquor generates 70 percent of the aggregated annual liquor sales and approximately 75 percent of the combined profits. The building is owned by the City and like Dan Patch Liquor, was paid for using revenue bonds that are being paid funded by profits generated from liquor sales. The store is staffed with three full-time and 10 to 15 part-time employees. The City leases approximately 2,750 square feet of the building to private businesses. Each tenant has a five-year lease with a five-year renewal option. These tenants generate approximately $50,000 per year in lease revenues.
