- Located at 4215 Highway 13
- Asian Direct was constructed in 2007 and consists of a 19,911 square foot building that includes approximately 15,000 square feet for an Asian grocery market and 1,800 square feet of attached tenant space. The second building, which will be constructed at a future date and will consist of 9,905 square feet of multi-tenant space that includes a drive-thru on the east elevation.
- Located at 13550 Dakota Avenue
- The City began construction on the first LEED certified building in Scott County during the summer 2008. The multi-use facility will house environmental programs offered with local schools and will provide a gathering space that can be rented for celebrations and meetings.
- Located at 4615 123rd Street
- Developed by the Scott County Community Development Authority (Formerly HRA). Consists of 62 senior living rental units located on 1.38 acres within Hamilton downtown district of Savage
- Located at 15200 Hampshire Avenue
- Constructed in 2007 with 90,000 square feet designed to accommodate 660 students
- Located at 4233 Egan Drive
- 1,700 square foot drive-in fast food restaurant constructed in 2008
- Located at 4205 Egan Drive
- 14,800 square foot drug store constructed in 2008
