Hours: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., every Sunday
Location: 4800 W. 123rd St., Savage

What goes better with your barbecue fare during the outdoor grilling season than fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables? The place to find these items is the St. Paul Farmers Market, which sets up shop in the Savage Depot parking lot, 4800 W. 123rd St. (downtown Savage). Grab a cup of coffee at the Depot and stroll the aisles of the market – filled with delectable goods like berries, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet corn, apples and melons. You will even find vendors that use the organic method to grow their crops. One of several operated in the Twin Cities area by the St. Paul Farmers Market, Savage’s location runs annually June through October.
