The department oversees the design, construction and administration of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and roadways. Staff ensures the projects meet the City design standards and current engineering criteria and provides assistance to the City Council, City staff, and the general public. 2008 Steet Maintenance Projects The City will be freshening the painted centerlines, directional arrows and other traffic markings throughout the entire city this summer. Seal coating also will be performed, focusing on the northwest corner of Savage, south of Highways 13 and 101.       Engineering Permits and Applications Excavation/Filling Permit License to Permit Encroachment These documents can be printed, filled out and faxed to 952.882.2656 or dropped off at City Hall.
