Search
Information regarding property in Scott County can be obtained through
the Scott County GIS web page. The page offers a couple different methods for
performing property searches. Users can opt whether to obtain information
only, or to obtain a map as well.
Searching without a map is
the fastest method, and is recommended if a map is not
needed. Searches may be conducted by using a property identification
number, legal description or site address.
Searching
with a map is slower and is only recommended if a map is
needed.
TIP: Don't get caught up in
entering specific data. Searching will occur on very little information
and will yield a good candidate list. If too much information or
incorrect information is entered, the application will not find any potential
matches.
